The Spanish know exactly how they prefer their gin and tonics: with a perfect tonic water! No wonder, that some of the best tonic waters are from Spain. Indi & Co Botanical Tonic Water is one of them.
In the seaport Puerto de Santa Maria, this aromatic Botanical Tonic Water is produced from traditional ingredients. The list of ingredients includes among others orange peel, lemon juice, quinine and calamondin. The production resembles the making of gin where the botanicals are also macerated before their distillation. After having rested in glass tanks for about two months, the essence is distilled, mixed with water, fruit juice and white cane sugar.
In Jerez de la Frontera, the tonic gets carbonated, bottled and labelled. With this pack of six you get enough tonic water to mix 6 tasty gin and tonics.
